Update:Downtown Business Improvement District

The Rapid City Common Council voted unanimously at its April 5 meeting to approve Ordinance 5591 which creates a Downtown Business Improvement District.
The Business District has been created to generate funding of public activies in the downtown area including the proposed Main Street Square. To view the video of this meeting as well as other information about the District, click here.
