Spearfish Sees Increase in Commercial Construction

Several new offices are being constructed in Spearfish, reports KOTA News. A two-story office building is being constructed in downtown Spearfish, while the Industrial Park will host a new 10,000 square foot space as well as a 20,000 square foot industrial building.

Spearfish Economic Development Corporation Executive DIrector Kory Menken sees the new growth as an important step in drawing more people into Spearfish, especially for school and retirement.
