Grace Balloch Memorial Library Celebrates 70 Years

Opened in 1945, Spearfish’s Grace Balloch Memorial Library hosted a birthday party to celebrate its 70th birthday June 23, reports the Black Hills Pioneer.

Visitors were able to view historical displays and enjoy birthday decorations and cake in honor of the occasion.
