Secretary Krebs Looks to Remove Pro and Con Arguments on Ballot Question Guide

South Dakota Secretary of State Shantel Krebs is looking toward removing the arguments in favor and opposition of ballot questions in future election cycles, reports KOTA TV News. Krebs believes the explanations are unnecessary and can be misleading to voters.

Currently, opponents and proponents of ballot measures provide arguments that are included underneath the explanation of the Attorney General. Secretary Krebs hopes to place contact information for supporters and opponents in place of partisan explanations.
