Rapid City's Legal Bill Against Former Civer Center Pizza Man Rises to $267,000

Rapid City may have to pay $267,000 in attorney's fees after the city fought and lost a lawsuit by a former pizza vendor at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. According to the Rapid City Journal article, the vendor claimed his business was improperly removed from the Civic Center and he wasn't given the proper notice of his business's termination as stated in his contract with the Civic Center to search for a new business residence.
