Rapid City Police Delivering Pizza to Good Citizens

The Rapid City Police Department wants to promote good behavior. According to the Rapid City Journal, they have teamed up with Papa John's to encourage following the law and helping others. If a police officers spot someone doing a good deed, they can offer that person a coupon for a free Papa John's pizza. Similar programs have been tried out in other cities, including in Hot Springs.
