Rapid City on Track for September Budget Approval

Budget discussions for Rapid City have come to a close, with the city council taking a hard look at adjustments. The Rapid City Journal reports that there are still possible changes; a proposed property tax increase came to a 4-4 vote, with two members absent. With the main discussion complete though, the budget could see final approval September 8.

Past budgets can be found on the city's Finance site. Budget discussions are followed in our archive.
