Rapid City Launches Follow Up Feedback Survey for City Hall

In an effort to improve services offered at the City School Administration Center, the City of Rapid City has launched its second survey to solicit community feedback, according to a city news release. The survey will assist the city in its efforts to better serve the public by providing an additional year of feedback.

The survey is available online and estimated to take 5-10 minutes to complete. Questions include visitation to individual city departments, whether or not concerns were resolved, and the quality of interaction with city officials and staff.
