Rapid City Council Plans to Fund Road Improvements

The Rapid City Council recently voted to increase the capital improvement fund to $3.4 million on September 19, reports KOTA News. The increase in funding will be used to improve city infrastructure, including the city’s roads and streets. The city’s general fund will also see an increase, rising to $2.2 million following a redirection of the city’s two percent sales tax.
