Piedmont Valley Library Book Discussion Group Meets in January

Next meeting: Thursday, January 15 at 7 PM

Book Selection: Unbroken A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption by Laura Hillenbrand.

The page-turning and inspiring true story of Louie Zamperinia, Olympian and WWII Army hero who survived a plane crash only to become a POW in one of Japan's most brutal camps.

The author writes, "I hope you are as spellbound by Louie’s life as I am." This book is being made into a movie. Anyone is welcome to join the discussion of the novel at the Bluestockings Reading Group at the library. Check the book out at the library, then come join us!
