Trunk or Treat - Sunday, November 1 following the 6:00 PM Mass at Our Lady of the Black Hills. Bring some candy, decorate the trunk of your car, and have some fun while providing a safe place for our youngsters to trick or treat.

GENEALOGY GROUP - Monday, November 9 at 10 AM. We’ll help you with your family history!

 
BOOK GROUP - This month's title is the One Book SD selection "Ordinary Grace" by William Kent Kreuger. On Thursday, October 15 at 5 PM, the library will host a potluck supper and SD Humanities Scholar Kathy Antonen will lead a discussion of "Ordinary Grace." Join us!
 

Big Library Read! Join thousands around the globe reading the same book! Overdrive is making the following two titles available to everyone between October 7-21: "The Door in the Hedge" by Robin McKinley and "Shadow Blackbirds" by Cat Winters. Bingo started September 11 and is played every Friday night at Piedmont Valley American Legion Post #311. The Club opens at 5:30 pm and the first session begins at 7 pm. The Auxiliary will be serving a light meal between sessions.

You can help support the library's budget! We collect Haggar's receipts as well as all empty ink and toner cartridges. We also have a jar for Boxtops for Education and Campbell's soup labels for Piedmont Valley Elementary.
