Pennington County Housing Reopens Wait List

The Pennington County Housing and Redevelopment Commission has reopened a wait list for public housing assistance, but waits remain long.

A wait list for Section 8 public assistance housing has been reopened after officials closed the list in March due to long wait times, KOTA TV reports.

The down economy has slowed turnover, and residents are not leaving the program, officials told the TV station.
