Northern Hills Real Estate, Building Numbers Mixed for 2013

Real estate professionals report being busier in 2013, but the numbers for the Northern Hills show a slight dip in sales from 2012 to 2013, the Black Hills Pioneer reports.

Lead and Deadwood reported $19 million in home sales, while Spearfish reported $61 million.


In Lawrence County and its municipalities, building permits for 145 new homes were issued in 2013.
