New Rapid City Police Department Car Promotes Race Relations

The Rapid City Journal reports Native American artist Paul Fiddler created the design on the new Rapid City Police Department patrol car.  RCPD is trying to increase relations with Native Americans in the area.  RCPD officers are going through cultural training to improve cross-culture relations.
