New Director Named to Black Hills Veterans Affairs Health Care System

Sandra L. Horsman was named director of the Black Hills Veterans Affairs Health Care Systems this week.  According to the Rapid City Journal Horsman previously worked as the chief human resources officer with VA Midwest Health Care located in Minnesota.

Horsman will be appointed in mid-August and will likely be there if any changes come to Hot Springs and Fort Meade.
