Mayor Allender Prepares to Present Barnett Arena Solution

Mayor Steve Allender is prepared to present solutions to bring the Don Barnett Arena at the Civic Center into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, reports KOTA News. Allender stated that two options will be presented: one, which would bring the arena into ADA compliance, while the other would involve creating a new arena next to the existing Barnett Arena.

The city will be seeking feedback on each plan. Presentations on each plan are slated for the second city council meeting in June.
