Many Years and Millions of Dollars Needed to Fix Rapid City Roads

Rapid City officials are trying to find different options with how to fund road repair for the city's 400 miles of roads. According to the Rapid City Journal article, one idea involves using the Vision Fund, but with it being needed to fund yet-to-be-created plans for making the Civic Center ADA-compliant, it is not known if it is a viable option.
