Lead-Deadwood Schools to Receive $6 Million in Updates

Officials from the Lead-Deadwood School District are planning to implement $6.2 million in upgrades to the cities’ schools, reports the Black Hills Pioneer. One of the key improvements for the upcoming school year is providing computer technology on a one-to-one ratio with students at the Lead-Deadwood High School.

Other improvements slated to be completed by 2022 include replacing the high school gym’s roof, accessibility and safety improvements, administrative improvements, and additional administrative and technological improvements.
