Judge Deems Neighbors' Testimony Irrelevant in Croell Redi-Mix Inc. vs Pennington County Board of Commissioners

The Rapid City Journal reports Judge Matt Brown ruled the claims of neighbors irrelevant to the case at hand.  Croell Redi-Mix, Inc. is suing the Pennington County Board of Commissioners because the commissioners revoked a construction permit in regards to mining at the new quarry.  Croell is also seeking $10 million in damages in a separate lawsuit.  The Rapid City Journal reports the next phase in both trials is to finish the discovery process by October 1st.  Discovery is a chance for both sides to obtain information from each other.
