Genealogy Seminar Planned for Rapid City

History is important in Rapid City, including family history. The Rapid City Society for Genealogical Research provides support for those investigating their heritage. To assist researchers of various skill levels, the Rapid City Journal reports that the society is holding a seminar on October 15, featuring professional genealogist Paula Stuart-Warren. More information is available and registration forms are available through the society's website.

The Rapid City Public Library hosts the society's collection of genealogy books. Other tools for research are available online.
