Fall Enrollment Flat at State's Higher Learning Facilities

As the numbers of high school graduates in South Dakota has remained flat the last ten years, so has the number of students enrolling in the state's six universities and four technical schools. The Rapid City Journal reports that the state's Board of Regents has noted that enrollment has remained flat across all the schools with only minor dips in the number of students attending secondary education facilities over the last few years.  Retention remains high for the schools and officials are looking into ways to encourage more recruitment of high school seniors within the state.
