Early Voting Underway in South Dakota

Pennington County is expecting more voters this year. KOTA News reports that 50 new voters are being registered each day. Many voters were anticipating the start of early voting on September 23rd.

Besides state offices, voters this year will be electing the president, one of South Dakota's senators, and its lone representative. There are also ten ballot measures this year. Voters must be registered by October 24 to participate in early voting or to cast their ballot on November 8.
