Curbside pickup will start on Tuesday for branches and yard waste from the early October blizzard. The Rapid City Journal reported that contracts had been awarded to Ceres Environmental Services for pick up and Leidos for documenting the process (a third contract for grinding will be re-listed). Each street will be picked up three times in the coming weeks (not alleys). Starting on Monday, drop-off locations at the Civic Center and the Fairgrounds will be closes; the Fitzgerald Stadium drop-off will remain open to the public.

Debris Removal Information is posted to Rapid City's site. Follow news from the storm and the cleanup in our archive.
