City Council OKs 2nd digital billboard for Lamar


Lamar Outdoor Advertising was approved for a second digital billboard when the Rapid City Council on Monday overturned its previous decision, voting 6-3 to approve an application for a digital billboard at 532 E. Anamosa St.
