Bus Makes Voter Registration Swing on Reservations

A bus is touring South Dakota's Indian reservations before South Dakota's voter registration deadline of Oct. 20, South Dakota Public Radio reports.

Native Americans on reservations have been a significant voting bloc in past elections and are often credited with pushing Sen. Tim Johnson to victory in a tight victory of John Thune.

The bus is promoting the social media hashtags "#TurnUpTheVote" and "#RezTour2014."
