Billboard companies ask for incentives, Legal & Finance send ordinance to the full council

At yesterday's meeting, the Legal and Finance Committee voted unanimously to send the Ordinance 5623 to the full city council without recommendation. Two billboard companies, Lamar Outdoor Advertising and Epic Outdoor Advertising have expressed a desire to see incentives for taking down their billboards.
