BHSU Drops Two Programs Due To Budget

Black Hills State University in Spearfish will cut two academic programs due to a $1.5 million budget shortfall, reports KSFY TV

The engineering technology program and the master's degree offered in sustainability, both programs with low enrollment, will be cut. Officials cited students taking fewer credit hours as the reason for the revenue shortfall. 

BHSU will step up student recruitment, said President Tom Jackson Jr.
