2016 Legislative Session Starts on Tuesday

The 2016 session of the South Dakota Legislature begins on January 11, 2016. The Rapid City Journal provided an overview of some of the major items the legislature will address this session. Among the items covered are EB-5, agricultural taxes, and meeting laws.

The Journal also provided an FAQ on the legislature, drawing from the State Constitution.
