2016 Elections Could Bring Change to South Dakota Politics

KOTA TV reports that several issues are up for discussion in the November election.  Amendment T would involve redistricting by a commission.  Amendment V would establish non-partisan elections within South Dakota.  Measure 22 involves revising the regulations for campaign and lobby donations.  The South Dakota Secretary of State has a list of all the items on November's ballot.
