Search Continues for New Chief of Police in Rapid City

After 29 years, Rapid City Police Chief Steve Allender retired his badge on May 29, 2014.  That leaves the position open for applications.  Rapid City Mayor Sam Kooiker is trying a new process to select the next chief.  Read the full story at KOTA TV.
