Spearfish Planning Commission Welcomes New Commissioner

On July 3, the Spearfish City Council authorized the appointment of Drew Skjoldal to the Spearfish Planning Commission, according to the Black Hills Pioneer. The appointment, which was officially made by Mayor Dana Boke, is to a term beginning July 18, 2017 through December 31, 2021.

Skjoldal is currently an attorney at Lynn, Jackson, Shultz and Lebrun, P.C. in Spearfish. His focus areas as an attorney include estate planning, probate, trust administration, commercial transaction and real estate. After earning his bachelor’s degree at Black Hills State University, Skjoldal attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Skjoldal was raised on a cattle ranch in Perkins County.
