Two proposals were submitted to Rapid City to manage the Meadowbrook Golf Course Restaurant. The restaurant had been managed by the city starting in January 2011, but suffered budget deficits. According to a Rapid City Journal article, both proposals were from Canyon Lake Chophouse. The Public Works Committee will discuss the proposals at their next meeting January 29th.
