Rapid City Council chambers were packed at the February 4th meeting.  100+ community members voiced their support of prayer prior to each session and urged the council to fight the request from the Freedom From Religion Foundation to end prayer before council meetings.  Of the 15 people that testified, only two opposed prayers before council meetings.
